Office services
Beyond the purchase
Our office has a team that carries the work past the purchase itself. All of it is coordinated and managed through the office, so you get the whole wrapper in one place — and wherever a licence is required, the work itself is done by whoever holds it.
Mortgages and financing
Financing for a Dubai purchase, including for buyers who are not UAE residents.
What we do
- An early read on what is realistic for you, before you fall for a project.
- The lender's document list assembled in one pass rather than in dribs.
- Several lenders approached, and their offers set side by side.
- Accompaniment from application through to the transfer itself, with both the developer and the bank.
Who performs it
The loan is made by a bank or a licensed lender in the UAE, and the terms are theirs. We coordinate the process — we do not extend credit and we are not regulated mortgage advisers.
UAE visas and residency
Investor visas, two-year residency and the ten-year golden visa — according to the property and the size of the investment.
What we do
- Which visa the property you are considering actually qualifies for, established before the purchase rather than after it.
- Documents and forms assembled, family members included.
- Coordination with the authorised agents and with the UAE authorities.
- Tracking through to approval, and a reminder before renewal falls due.
Who performs it
The visa is issued by the UAE immigration authorities. We assemble and submit the application — we are not the issuing authority, and we cannot promise an approval.
Wills and inheritance for UAE property
Settling in writing what happens to your UAE property — on the right register, and in advance.
What happens to a UAE property after its owner dies is determined by the local law and by what has been registered — not by assumption, and not necessarily by a will drawn up in Israel. A licensed lawyer will tell you what applies to you. Our part is making sure the question gets asked before the purchase rather than after it.
What we do
- The question raised before the purchase, while there is still something to plan rather than only to repair.
- An introduction to a licensed lawyer who works on UAE wills.
- The property details and documents the lawyer needs, gathered in one place.
- The registration coordinated, and the copies kept alongside the purchase file.
Who performs it
The will is drafted and registered by a licensed lawyer and on the competent register. We do not draft wills and we do not give legal advice.
Legal support through licensed professionals
Contracts, powers of attorney and title transfer — read by a lawyer before you sign.
What we do
- An introduction to a licensed lawyer who works in this market.
- The transaction documents gathered in one place for the review.
- A power of attorney arranged for anyone not flying out to sign.
- The title registration followed through to completion.
Who performs it
The review and the representation are the lawyer's, who is not our employee and whose professional responsibility is their own. We coordinate; we do not advise.
This isn't just another deal – it's a process
We'll start with a personal call, with no obligation, to understand what suits you.
