Huber Capital

Licensed Hebrew-Speaking Real Estate Broker in Dubai

Huber Capital is a licensed real estate brokerage in Dubai that guides Israeli investors in Hebrew. The office is registered with Dubai's Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) as office number 61028 and holds commercial licence 1613637, and its founder, Gilad Huber, holds RERA broker card 97412. The office is in The Court Tower in Business Bay, with representatives of the firm in Israel.

Why licensed, and why Hebrew

In Dubai, real estate brokerage is a regulated activity. Whoever shows you a property must be registered with RERA, and the advert itself needs a permit. Both can be checked in a minute, and that is the first check – before the project itself.

Hebrew matters for a simple reason. The hard questions – who the developer is, where the money goes, what happens if the project is late – are asked better in your own language, and answered in a way you can check against an official source.

What the service covers

Every part that is not brokerage is performed by whoever is licensed to perform it, and the office coordinates it. The detail, and who does each part, is on the services page. Services

Who you will work with

Gilad Huber accompanies clients himself, with the office team in Dubai and the Israel branch.

How to verify us

Huber Capital is the trading name of G M ELITE PROPERTIES L.L.C, which operates in Dubai under commercial licence 1613637 and is registered with Dubai's Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) as brokerage office 61028. Gilad Huber holds RERA broker card 97412. Both registrations can be seen on the office's record in Dubai Land Department's broker register (opens in a new tab): the office, and on the Brokers tab the broker card. The office is listed there as G M ELITE PROPERTIES L.L.C, not under "Huber".

And a check you can run on any broker in Dubai, us included: Dubai Land Department's Trakheesi system verifies licences and advertising permits, and shows whether the person talking to you is licensed.

Who pays

When you buy from the developer, our fee is paid by the developer on a deal that closes, and you pay no brokerage fee. We have an interest in your buying, so ask about the fee on any given project. We will answer.

Each of these can be checked with the authority that issued it. We are a licensed real estate brokerage in Dubai – not a financial adviser, and not the developer of the projects shown.
